Whole Lamb Freezer Order

The lamb range in size from 35-45lbs, dependant on the size of the animal, with the cost being $10/lb for butcher paper or $10.75 for clear vacuum pack.

The cuts include, Loin & Shoulder Chops, Leg Steaks, Leg & Shoulder Roasts, Shanks, Ribs, Rack of Lamb, Bones, Stew and Mince, but everything is at your discretion.
