Freezer Orders – Beef
Buying a freezer order is a big decision…..Do I have the freezer space for that large amount of meat? What is the final cost? What cuts are available to me? We are here to help you break it down and will go over the cutting options to assist you.
Hind ¼ Beef Freezer Orders
Our hinds range in size from 120-150lbs, always dependent on the size of the animal, and the cost is $8/lb for brown butcher paper or $9/lb for clear vacuum pack.
The steak cuts may include: Tenderloin, T-Bone, Porterhouse, Striploin, Flank, Tip & Top Sirloin and Round.
Roasts can be: Tenderloin, Striploin, Top & Tip Sirloin, Round or Eye of Round
Stew and ground are included.
Sausages are an option, but there is an extra cost
The organs and bones can be included as well.
Front ¼ Beef Freezer Orders
Our fronts range in size from 130-160/lbs, dependent on the size of the animal, and the cost is $7.50/lb for brown butcher paper or $8.50/lb for clear vacuum pack.
The steak cuts may include: Rib, Rib Eye or Blade
Roasts can include: Prime Rib, Blade, Cross Rib and Short Rib
Stew and ground are included
Sausages can be available at an extra cost
Organs and bones can be included as well.
Side of Beef Freezer Order
The cuts include all of the above and the cost is $7.50/lb for butcher paper or $8.50/lb for vacuum pack.
***Not all the above options are available as it depends on how you decide to have your beef cut up, i.e. If you leave the Tenderloin whole as a roast, you will not get T-Bone or Porterhouse Steaks, but Striploin instead. So when placing an order, we will help you through the process so you can make an informed decision!
